Club Ice

2015–2016 Season: September 10, 2015—May 26, 2016

Thursday from 5:15–6:15 p.m. at Sharks Ice in San Jose

Join other PSC members on freestyle sessions reseved just for us. Non-member guests may skate twice to try out the session or if they are visiting from out of town. Club ice is held every Thursday from 5:15–6:15 p.m. on center ice in SJ. Club ice runs from September through May and is $11.00/session for members with punch card, $12.50 drop in and $16 for non-members drop in, payable to the ice monitor prior to the beginning of the session. Pre-requisite: Skaters must have passed their Pre-Preliminary Freeskating test. Contact the Club Ice Monitor for more information.

No Club Ice on Holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Annual Meeting

PSC’s annual meeting is held every May after US Figure Skating’s Governing Council meeting. Please join us to celebrate our skater’s achievements, review rule changes for the upcoming competition season, and elect new board members. Details about the annual meeting are sent out to the membership in April.


Winter Skate is PSC's first competition of the calendar year- held in February. It is held at Nazareth Ice Oasis in Redwood City and includes moves in the field and dance events.

Spring Jubilee consists of basic skills, singles and pairs freeskating (short and freestyle programs), dance, theater-on-ice, and showcase events. The competition is in mid-May- held at Sharks Ice in San Jose.

Silicon Valley is PSC’s premier competition held every August-held at Sharks Ice in San Jose. The competition consists of basic skills, singles and pairs freeskating (short and freestyle programs)and artistic events. This competition features world, international and national officials.

Spring Jubilee 2018 Saturday, May 12, 2018 - 9:00am

Peninsula Skating Club will be hosting Spring Jubilee, a technical and showcase competition, on Saturday, May 12, 2018. The entry deadline is Friday, April 20, 2018.  Online registration is available through EntryEeze. Download the Spring Jubilee 2018 Announcement (Amended March 31, 2018) for complete details.

Due to ice time constraints, Spring Jubilee 2018 will be a much smaller competition than it has been in past years. We are unable to offer a number of events/levels that we have offered in the past. In particular, the following events/levels will NOT be offered this year:

All ice dance events
All Basic Skating technical events (Basic Skating Showcase IS offered!)
Free Skate levels higher than Pre-Juvenile
All Short Program events
All Adult and Young Adult Free Skate and Pairs events
The Adult level of Theatre on Ice events

We apologize that we are unable to offer these events this year. Please check the announcement to confirm that an event in which you would like to compete is offered.
